On the website you will find information about accommodations in Egmond. These are offered for rent by the individual owners. It is possible to click through to the websites of the various accommodations, or to pages where a possible booking is handled. The association has no control or influence on the content and policy of these websites. It can therefore be that on the use of these websites apply a different privacy policy. The association therefore cannot accept responsibility for the way in which those parties communicate with you and / or deal with your data.

For the implementation of the functioning of the website, the association cooperates with external parties where within the framework of this privacy statement as much as possible agreements are made to comply with it in an equal way as we ourselves wish to handle your data.

Requests and bookings
By making a booking or a request, your data is automatically loaded into our files. We use your information to pass this on to the accommodation owners so that they can confirm your booking or respond to your request. Further communication in this will take place outside of  the association
If it comes to a booking that the accommodation owner records on our website, we can invite you to give a review of the accommodation after your stayed. We can then place this assessment at the relevant accommodation or otherwise on the website. Under the Data Protection Act we will in no case provide your personal data to others than to members of the association

Sign Up
If you sign up for the newsletter by yourself, we will periodically send you the newsletter until the moment of cancellation. You receive up to 6 mails per year. In this context, we only keep your e-mail address for sending the newsletter.

Sign out
At the bottom of each newsletter there is a link to unsubscribe from the newsletter. Clicking on this will send you to a page where you can enter your e-mail address and confirm that you no longer wish to receive the newsletter.

Price question.
If you participate in competitions via our website, you must provide your name and email address. These data are used exclusively for the purpose in question and are removed after completion of the competition.
