This apartment has been recently renovated and very comfortable and luxuriously furnished. A spacious living room with modern open kitchen. From the living room you have a beautiful view over the of the North Sea and the boulevard, but if you open the large patio doors and enter the large open-air terrace, you will immediately be in the true holiday destination. The terrace has a large electric sunshade and of course comfortable garden furniture.

The living room is very luxuriously furnished, among other things there is a king-size flat screen TV and comfortable furniture.

In the master bedroom there are double box spring beds. A large wardrobe, second TV and access to a small balcony on the east side

A spacious bathroom with luxury shower, double washbasin and second toilet

There is a storage room in the basement of the building to put your bicycles brought together.

For parking your car, you will receive a parking permit during the paid parking period.

The apartment is suitable for 2 people. However, a cot may be added.
