This comfortable summer house is located behind the owner's house and is suitable for 2 people. Neatly furnished and fully equipped.  The house is equipped with central heating and therefore also suitable for staying in the colder periods. Our summer house is located about 150 meters from the beach, dunes and center.

For your car you will receive a parking permit in the paid parking period

On the ground floor there is a hallway, shower, toilet, living room with flat screen and kitchen with dishwasher and oven. In the hall you can store the bicycles. There is also a washing machine. Via a staircase you reach the second floor, where the sleeping area with bed is located. 

Arrival from 14:00, departure before 10:30. The rental price INCLUDES Bed linen, final cleaning and parking card.

This modern holiday home is only 100 metres from the beach of Egmond aan Zee and 50 metres from the J.C.J. Van Speijk Lighthouse. The centre is about 150 m away. 

People who like to explore the area by bike can rent a bike at about 200 meters.

If you have your own bicycle with you, you can place it in the hall.

The holiday home is located at the back of our house and has its own entrance. On the other side is our closed garden where it is sunny almost all day. There is a terrace with a table and 2 garden chairs and a sofa

With 1 bedroom on the first floor there is room for up to 2 people (with the stairs you can easily go upstairs). 

You have a smart TV with a large amount of cable channels and WIFI connection. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and a 4-burner gas hob. In addition, you will immediately find yourself in the living room with a 2-seater sofa and a dining table with 3 chairs. There is a bathroom with a rain shower, toilet and sink. You can also use the washing machine in the hallway. 

You can use 2 beach chairs so you can sit on the beach.
