This lovingly furnished apartment combines the soothing atmosphere of the North Sea with modern living comfort. Soft, natural tones, inspired by sand, dunes, sea, and sky, create a harmonious and inviting atmosphere where you can relax from the very first moment.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the "Terrasflat" apartment complex on the quiet south side of Egmond aan Zee. There is no road in front of the building – just dunes, beach, sea, a small shell path, and bicycle storage. Enjoy absolute tranquility and an unobstructed view of the unique coastal landscape.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious living room with an open kitchen, large windows, and the approximately 20 m² terrace that extends across the entire width of the apartment. From here, you can experience the North Sea in all its beauty. Take a seat in the cozy alcove in the living room or on the lounge sofas on the terrace and admire the fascinating interplay of light, waves, and clouds. Absolute peace and quiet in winter, bustling beach life in summer, sailboats, kitesurfers, horses on the beach, seagulls – every day and every season offers a new panorama.

The path to the beach leads directly from the front door. There, you can enjoy your time in one of the cozy beach pavilions, take long walks, or simply relax in a beach chair or on a sun lounger. The vast "Noordhollands Duinreservaat" is located nearby, where you can experience the unique natural landscape of the dunes and, with a little luck, spot Scottish Highland cows and wild horses in the wild.

The lively center of Egmond aan Zee is just a five-minute walk away. Here you will find cozy restaurants, cafes, small shops, bars, bakeries, a supermarket, and ice cream parlors – all within walking distance.

Zilt & Bries is modern and comfortably furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee from the filter or Nespresso machine while enjoying the view of the sea. For a quick snack, you can easily prepare specialties in the air fryer – perfect for a relaxed evening after a walk along the beach. Naturally, free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay so you can always stay connected.

There is also plenty to discover in the Egmond area. The historic cheese city of Alkmaar is located just about 10 kilometers away. Amsterdam is easily accessible in about 45 minutes by car or in approximately 38 minutes by train from neighboring Heiloo. The villages of Bergen and Schoorl, just a few kilometers away, are also worth a visit.

Parking: This accommodation features a private garage with an entrance 2.48m wide, an interior width of 2.80m, a length of 6m, and a height of 1.87m. Unfortunately, charging electric vehicles in the garage is not permitted.
