This beautiful cozy corner apartment is located on the seventh floor at the northwest end of the ‘Sterflat’, sheltered from the southwest wind, directly on the Boulevard. It was completely renovated in 2017. In early 2022 it was equipped with even more comfort and a beautiful PVC wood look floor.

The spacious, bright living room has a side window with a superb view over the northern dunes towards Bergen aan Zee. The apartment is therefore wonderfully light, which creates a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. There is a cozy sitting area with a three-seater sofa and several armchairs, a flat screen television, bluetooth radio and a four-person dining area.

The living room is connected to one of the two bedrooms through the beautiful glass industrial doors, so that you have a wide view of the sea from the living room and the bedroom can be completely closed off from the living room. Both bedrooms are accessible from the living room, but also from each other via the intermediate modern bathroom with underfloor heating, with walk-in rain shower and double washstand.

The first bedroom has a double bed consisting of two box-spring beds of 90 x 200 cm each. The second bedroom has a double box-spring bed of 160 x 200 cm.

The high-quality open kitchen is fully equipped, including an induction hob, oven with microwave function, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, Senseo and filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

The toilet, a washer/dryer combination and a built-in storage cupboard are located in the hall.

From the balcony on the west side, equipped with a patio furniture set for 4 people, you can wind free enjoy the evening sun and sunset with a splendid view of the beach, sea and boulevard.

The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished and fully equipped, so that you will lack nothing during your stay. There is a very complete kitchen and living inventory. Furthermore, you can of course make free use of wireless internet. Due to the extra insulation applied, it is also very comfortable in winter time.

In the parking garage of the building you have access to a spacious private garage where it is easy to drive in. Here you can also park any bicycles you may have brought with you. Furthermore are a bollard cart, beach chairs and beach mats at your disposal. It is not allowed to charge an electric vehicle or bicycle in the garage.

From the garage and the entrance there are two lifts to the floor of the apartment.

For your information: from 1 March to 1 November there is paid parking in Egmond aan Zee. From 1 November to 1 March there is only paid parking in Egmond aan Zee on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

This apartment is rented to a maximum of 2 persons, and is not suitable for young children. If you have accompanying children, the minimum age is 12 years.

One pet is allowed in consultation.

During your stay you can make use of the 2 entrance tickets to the Noordhollands Duinreservaat (children up to the age of 18 can join for free under supervision by an adult).

Particularities: You must take out cancellation insurance yourself.

From April to October, the arrival and departure days per week are Saturdays.
