This makes the apartment wonderfully light, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. There is a cozy seating area with a three-seater sofa, a rattan armchair, a sofa bed, a flat-screen television, and a dining area for four.
From the expansive, L-shaped living area, you can enjoy a sweeping view of the sea. Both the living room and the bedroom provide direct access to the bathroom, with a storage space situated between the two. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with a small step and a double vanity.
The bedroom contains a double bed (with two 90 x 200 cm mattresses) and a spacious wardrobe. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate a third person if needed.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with amenities including a ceramic hob, a combination microwave, a compact dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, both a Nespresso and a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster.
The hallway houses the toilet and a cloakroom area. From the west-facing balcony, which is furnished with an outdoor seating set, you can enjoy the sunshine and a stunning view of the beach, the sea, and the promenade.
The apartment is attractively and comfortably furnished and fully equipped, ensuring you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. It includes a comprehensive range of kitchenware and living essentials. Naturally, complimentary wireless internet is also available.
You have access to a private garage space within the building’s parking facility, with a door width of 2.30 m and a door height of 1.97 m. You may also store any bicycles you bring along in this space. Please note that charging electric vehicles or bicycles inside the garage is not permitted.
Two elevators are available from the garage and the main entrance to take you to the floor where the apartment is located.
For your information: paid parking is in effect in Egmond aan Zee from March 1st to November 1st. From November 1st to March 1st, paid parking applies only on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
This apartment accommodates a maximum of 3 guests.
A high chair and children's cot are at your disposal as standard.
Pet (dog) is permitted upon prior arrangement.
During your stay you can make use of the 2 entrance tickets to the Noordhollands Duinreservaat (children up to the age of 18 can join for free under supervision by an adult).
Particularities: You must take out cancellation insurance yourself.
From April to October, the arrival and departure days per week are Saturdays.
