The apartment is ideally located on the boulevard and close to the center of Egmond aan Zee. In the vicinity you will find many restaurants and terraces, so you do not have to walk far for a snack and a drink.

Through the entrance of the apartment complex you enter the central hall where you can take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor. The spacious apartment is equipped with every comfort and on the spacious sun terrace you have a beautiful view over the dunes, the beach and the inspiring North Sea with continuously changing cloudy skies.

The spacious, bright living room has a cozy sitting area with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs and a digital flatscreen television. From the living room you have a fanatastic view of the beach and the North Sea. The conservatory has a cozy 4-person dining area and 2 armchairs. From the conservatory you have a truly first-class view of the beach, the sea, the lighthouse and the village of Egmond aan Zee. Through the patio doors in the conservatory, a staircase with 2 steps leads to the large sun terrace via a staircase with 2 steps, which is equipped with 2 sunbeds, a double beach chair, a garden set for 4 people and a garden bench, so if possible you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful view. Of course you can also create a shady place with the available umbrellas.

All areas, such as from the hall to the living room and to the conservatory, you have beautiful industrial sliding doors with glass, making the apartment very spacious and with lots of light. The second bedroom is directly adjacent to the living room and can be completely closed off from the living room by means of a sliding door, for example at night.

The modern luxury open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, quooker, induction hob with integrated extraction system, combination microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Senseo and filter coffee maker. The storage room, which includes a washing machine and dryer, is directly accessible from the kitchen.

The bathroom with acces through the hallway and ensuite to the master bedroom,  has a double washbasin, a hairdryer, an infrared sauna, rain shower and toilet.

There is a second separate toilet in the hall.

The master bedroom has a double bed (consisting of 2 single box spring beds), a flatscreen TV and a wardrobe. From this bedroom you have a view of the village, the lighthouse, the beach and the sea.

Furthermore, the entire apartment has a PVC wood-look floor with underfloor heating, so it is pleasantly warm even in the winter months.

You have access to a spacious private garage, located in the indoor underground parking garage of the apartment complex. With sufficient space for bicycles and/or beach equipment. From the parking garage you can take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor where the apartment is located.

For your information: in Egmond aan Zee is paid parking.

During your stay you can make use of the 2 entrance tickets to the Noordhollands Duinreservaat (children up to the age of 18 can join for free under supervision in the Noordhollands Duinreservaat).

Traveling with children: the minimum age for this apartment is 10 years.

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch den Vermieter, Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick und sehr schöner Dachterrasse (leider durch uns kaum nutzbar wegen Wind und Regen), liebevoll eingerichtet, gute Matratzen, bei der Tiefgarageneinfahrt (steil) langsam und leicht schräg einfahren.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet, der Blick auf Meer und das Highlight die sensationelle Dachterrasse. Super Matratzen die besten die wir in Egmond je hatten. Kann sie manch ein Vermieter eine Scheibe von abschneiden. Man muss auch investieren.

Bei Wind kann man schlecht auf der Terrasse sitzen
