This luxury holiday house is build in 2018. The house has a separate entrance and a private storage area for bicycles or baby strollers. This cottage is suitable for 4 persons and dogs are allowed (please consult).
The house is located in the heart of Egmond aan Zee - 250 metres from the beach and from the promenade.
You enter the house through the front door or the privat storage. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. The bedrooms have two single box-spring beds. The house is very suitable for families. On request we provide a cot and a highchair.
On the ground floor there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and large washbasin. The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating.
On the upper floor of the house, a comfortable seating area is located with TV. This has all programs, including the English. Also free Wi-Fi is available. The dining area is very spacious and the brand new kitchen is super equipped and offers all comforts. Think here of a large fridge, a dishwasher and a four plates induction stove. And the entire upper floor has underfloor heating which offers much comfort. Through the sliding door you enter the balcony. The balcony is equipped with garden furniture where the whole day the sun is shining. From the balcony you can see the lighthouse.
Also we rent the neighboring house (Witsand 1a). The houses are for 5 people. The two houses are also in combination with each other to book; very good for two families traveling together.
The rental price is inclusive of bed linen, towels and a parking ticket for 1 car.
The rental price is exclusive local tax (€1.90 per person and night (children under 4 years free of charge).

Egmond aan Zee
