The holiday home has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the hall with wardrobe, shower, and toilet. The living room has a 2-seater sofa, leather armchair, cable TV (digital) / radio / DVD / CD player, and dining area. Wi-Fi is available. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, built-in 4-burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, a washbasin with hot/cold running water, 4 beds with duvets, and ample storage. The main bedroom has a dormer window. Bed linen can be provided at an additional cost. The entire house has central heating. Extras include a spacious private enclosed terrace, free parking (parking permit required), dune pass, high chair, and cot.

Prices for 2025 range per week (minimum five days) from €300 to €525, depending on the number of days (minimum 5), weeks, and the season (low - high). Theexact rental price for your period is available on request by phone or email! In the pre- and post-season we also rent weekend/midweek stays. Minimum rental period is 5 nights. The prices above are weekly rates including water, gas, and electricity. Prices exclude tourist tax €2.10 per person per day. Final cleaning can be arranged by the owner for an additional €40. Bed linen can be supplied by the owner for an additional €10 per bed.
