The dune villa is built with high-quality materials and finished down to the finest details. It has a warm, cozy interior and every convenience. The playful beach details make you feel like you are already at the shore. A staircase in the living room leads to the first floor, where you will find three bright double bedrooms with comfortable beds. You can also unwind in your private sauna in the bathroom. The villa offers a lovely terrace at the front with a dining table, perfect for relaxed meals and drinks together.

Egmond aan den Hoef
Egmond aan den Hoef, like Egmond aan Zee and Egmond-Binnen, is a village in the municipality of Bergen in North Holland and counts just under four thousand residents. It borders the dunes and the Egmondermeer polder, only two kilometres from the beach. The dunes here are lighter and more open, with calcium-rich sand that nurtures different vegetation and numerous pools where toads and salamanders thrive. The area’s dune “sea village” landscape is renowned, and in spring the bulb fields burst into colour.
The surroundings are ideal for walking, cycling, beach days, and relaxed holidays. Highlights include the remains of Slot op den Hoef with its chapel, the bronze statue of Lamoral of Egmont, and the 1923 Catholic church Margarita Maria Alacoque—well worth a visit.
