Description

Looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature? Our cozy holiday home on the quiet Park Duyncroft is just what you need! Located in the beautiful village of Egmond den Hoef, you’ll be surrounded by dunes, forests, and—especially in March, April, and May—breathtaking blooming flower fields.

The house is perfect for up to 4 adults and 2 children (maximum 6 guests). One pet is welcome (with a small extra fee), so the whole family can come along!

Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home: central heating, a cozy fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a combination microwave, stove, fridge, and freezer. The bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet is located on the ground floor.

Outside is where the real holiday feeling begins: a lovely garden with a sunny terrace and covered veranda, perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying some shade. The garden is fully fenced—ideal for kids and pets! There's also a lockable storage shed in the backyard where you can safely store your rented or personal bikes.

You’ll have your own private parking spot with an EV charging station right in front of the house (usage for a fee).

A special bonus: there’s a private entrance to the North Holland Dune Reserve! From the park, you can walk or bike straight into nature. The beach at Egmond aan Zee and the artistic town of Bergen are just around the corner—perfect for a day out or a coffee on a terrace.

All practical information is available on our website. Still have questions or want to book? Just reach out—we’re happy to help!

See you soon in Egmond den Hoef!

Map & surroundings

Egmond aan den Hoef

Egmond aan den Hoef, like Egmond aan Zee and Egmond-Binnen, is a village in the municipality of Bergen in North Holland and counts just under four thousand residents. It borders the dunes and the Egmondermeer polder, only two kilometres from the beach. The dunes here are lighter and more open, with calcium-rich sand that nurtures different vegetation and numerous pools where toads and salamanders thrive. The area’s dune “sea village” landscape is renowned, and in spring the bulb fields burst into colour.

The surroundings are ideal for walking, cycling, beach days, and relaxed holidays. Highlights include the remains of Slot op den Hoef with its chapel, the bronze statue of Lamoral of Egmont, and the 1923 Catholic church Margarita Maria Alacoque—well worth a visit.
