**The space**
Downstairs you will find the cozy living room with adjoining kitchen. The bathroom with toilet and shower is also on this level. The upper floor is one open space where two double beds are separated by a partial wall and open doorway. A terrace at the front of the house offers a seating area.
**Location**
The location could hardly be better: the beach and the center of Egmond aan Zee are the perfect distance away, yet the neighborhood remains quiet, so parking is often manageable even in high season. Parking is included with the property and therefore free for guests.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house, making it suitable for guests with allergies.
