Description
The apartment is behind our corner apartment and has a separate entrance, a terrace with garden furniture. It is newly renovated and equipped with central heating (also suitable for winter holidays). On the lower floor is the entrance, shower, toilet, living room and separate kitchen. The living room is comfortably furnished; Dining and sitting area, cable TV, and stereo system (high chair on request). The new bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and sink. The modern kitchen has among other things a refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Via the stairs you reach the upper floor. There is a double room and there is 1 bed on the landing.
Minimum of 3 nights rental period off season. During the season weekly rentals from Saturday 15:00 to Saturday 9:00. The rental price includes gas, water, electricity, parking ticket, family dune card, bed linen and final cleaning (to be paid on the spot). Extra costs: tourist tax 1,90 EUR per person per night. Pets are not allowed. Arrival time between 15.00 and 17.00.

Egmond aan Zee
Egmond aan Zee sits within the municipality of Bergen in North Holland. The village began life as a fishing community, but tourism has surged since the early twentieth century. The Jan van Speyk lighthouse is a striking landmark, and nearby you can visit the Slotkapel, the castle ruins, and the abbey. Egmond offers ample opportunities for walking, swimming, surfing, and sailing, so there is always something to enjoy.
