The apartment 83 is situated on the 3rd floor of "Star Flat" building in Egmond aan Zee. Next to the boulevard on the southwest side.
The apartment has a beautiful view over the sea and is modern and nicely furnished.
Suitable for 2 to 3 people.
Arrangements:
- Hall with wardrobe and direct access to the living room and bathroom.
- Very nice bathroom with a shower, bath furniture and WC; washer/dryer
- Living room with sofa bed, 2 chairs and dinig room. Digital LCD TV and WLAN internet available.
- Open kitchen (6m2) with hot-air oven/microwave, thermical cooker, dishwasher, fridge
- Bedroom with a double bed and a double duvet. From the bedroom you have an access to the bathroom.
For a possible 3rd person there is a sofa bed available in the living room.
Large balcony on the south with benches and garden furniture looks over the North Sea.
You can use a private garage under the building. You can also put your bikes overthere.
The prices are based on a stay of 2 people. For a possible 3rd person there is a charge of €10,-- per rent period.
Pets are not allowed.

Super Lage direkt am Strand, wo unser Hund bis 1. Mai auch ohne Leine laufen durfte.
Schöner Blick vom Balkon auf Meer, gute Aufteilung der Wohnung
Obwohl ein Hochhaus, recht ruhig
Sauberkeit teilweise mäßig:
- In der Kaffeemaschine befand sich noch eine volle, benutzte Filtertüte
- Pad-Maschine verschmutzt
- Besteck, insbesondere Küchenmesser, sehr einfach (teilweise verbogen)

Wifi, televisie, ligging/locatie, bedden, koelkast.
Schimmelend douchegordijn. Loshangende bedrading boven keukenblok en in badkamer. Verlichting provisorisch aangelegd. Bestaande verlichting werkt niet. Stopcontacten badkamermeubel werken niet. Het is super gehorig. Appartement is gedateerd en uitgeleefd. Prijs staat niet in verhouding tot kwaliteit.

Weekje geweest in november. Appartement is klein maar volstaat voor een weekeind of midweek met max 2 personen. Aanwezig meubilair en bed zijn best oke tot goed. Wil je elke avond zelf koken dan is het geen aanrader bij een gebrek aan afzuigkap. Parkeer garage is krap zelfs voor een golf volkswagen. In die kelder garage raak je dan 2 fietsen bijna niet meer kwijt. Ligging aan de boulevard en op 250 meter van alle voorzieningen als winkels en restaurants is een pré

Ligging, alles voorhanden, zelfs wasmachine met droger, vaatwasser!
Met storm, knalt het door de afvoerkanalen, minpuntje, mis ook een afzuigkap

Helaas was 1 lift defect waardoor soms wachttijden voor andere lift opliepen

Die Wohnung im dritten Stock, ist sehr modern und freundlich eingerichtet.
Die Erreichbarkeit zum Strand und in die Fußgängerzone ist klasse.
Insgesamt hat es mir und meinem Hund sehr gut gefallen.

In der Tiefgarage gibt es genug Ecken für mögliche
Radständer, Garage von 83 sehr kurz bei Fahrradträger auf Heckkupplung (das leer hat vor kopfstende Regal brächte 30 cm)
mäßiges Licht im Bad, meiner Frau fehlte die Spiegelbeleuchtung, schlecht zu bedienende Waschbecken Armartur, die Betten rollten im Schlaf von der Wand weg, Deckenbeleuchtung Küche/Wohnen mäßig, Fenstervedunkelung Wohnen nur mit beiden Armen gleichzeitig ziehend möglich, Rollo wäre einfacher

Der Ausblick war super!! Sonst war auch alles top.
Hochstuhl und Babybett konnte man buchen.
Egmond ist immer eine Reise wert.
Leider keine Tür zwischen Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, für ein Paar ok, aber mit Baby schlecht da wir nicht um 20 Uhr mit ins Bett gehen und die kleine schlecht schläft wenn der Tv läuft.
