The modern furnished and bright apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 people and has two spacious balconies facing Southwest and West; morning sun until the breathtaking sunset.
You only have to cross the Boulevard and you are on the beach. In the private garage, where you can put your car and any bicycles you bring, there is also a beach cart with parasol and beach chairs for use on the beach. From the apartment you walk within a few minutes to the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee with many restaurants, shops and supermarket.
Surroundings:
The Sterflat is a beautifully located apartment complex at the foot of the beautiful dune and forest area towards Bergen. From the boulevard you walk straight onto the dune ridge, with some peaks of more than thirty meters high and beautiful panoramas over the dunes and the polder landscape behind. You can enjoy walking here through the dunes and of course on the beach. The most beautiful mountain bike course in the Netherlands is just 12 km away.
Layout:
- From a vestibule you enter a hall with coat rack and mirror, from which the bathroom and living room can be reached.
- The modern bathroom has a spacious shower, bathroom furniture and toilet. The washer-dryer is also here.
- The living room has an open, fully equipped kitchen. Three large windows in the living room make it a wonderfully bright apartment with a breathtaking view
- In bedroom 1 there is a double bed and a desk. Even from the bed you have a beautiful view of the sea. The room has a large wardrobe where you can store clothes and suitcases
- In bedroom 2 there is a bunk bed (1m90). Robust enough for 2 adults but better suited for 2 children. The room only has a transom window above the door and no windows (see also floor plan). This room also has a spacious wardrobe.
- The two balconies facing West and Southwest are connected and accessible from the kitchen and the bedroom.
- The apartment has a private garage in the parking garage of the building. Besides your car, you can store (rechargeable) bicycles under cover here and store water sports equipment. Here is also a beach cart with parasol and chairs for use on the beach
Remarks
- Prices: Based on a stay of 2 people, with more people a surcharge per person applies.
- Pets: Not allowed.
- Parking: Private garage, access 2.30 m wide and minimum 1.97 m high
- Unfortunately it is not allowed to charge an electric vehicle in the garage.
