Sterflat 45

The apartment Sterflat 45 is situated on the first floor of "Ster Flat" building on the boulevard of Egmond aan Zee. The apartment is on the north-west side and has the sun in the late afternoon and  evening. From the apartment and its large terrace you have a beautiful view over the North Sea and a lively boulevard of Egmond aan Zee. In December 2017, the apartment was professionally renovated and tastefully refurnished. The result is an extremely comfortable apartment with a luxury ambiance.

The apartment is suitable for 2 people but the sofa can easily be converted to an additional bed (5 feet wide) to accommodate a third person. An extra pillow and duvet are available.

• Large bedroom next to the living room (14m2) with two single beds and two single duvets
• Further available: washing machine, dishwasher, Induction cooker, combination microwave/grill oven, (cable)TV, Wifi internet, Filter coffee machine, Senseo Coffee machine, bread toaster, juicer, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner. The refrigerator has a small freezer

The use of the private garage in the basement is included in the price. You can also store your (motor) bicycles etc. in that garage.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Regretfully, we do not allow pets.
