Maintenance Sterflat 2026

In 2026, work will be carried out on the pointing, balconies, and galleries at the Sterflat. During this period, inconvenience may occur for all accommodations at various times. The work will be carried out in phases and floor by floor; no scaffolding will be erected on the balcony side. The execution is dependent on weather and wind conditions and takes place on working days between 08:00 and approximately 16:30; no work will be performed in the evenings or on weekends.

The aim is to have the work completed no later than Friday, July 17, 2026. In any case, no work will be carried out during the period from Saturday, July 18, 2026, through Sunday, August 9, 2026. Should work take place after this period, it will consist of painting work, which will cause minimal inconvenience.

Reservations remain possible. Rentals Egmond will inform guests in a timely and targeted manner and will take appropriate measures if necessary.
