Description

A beautifully refurbished apartment on the 4th floor of the apartment building "Sterflat" with beautiful sea views. Suitable for 2 to 4 people. Not suitable for small children. Pets are not allowed

 

This apartment has been recently completely renovated including a modern bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and a beautiful full-equipped kitchen. This is a very spacious and comfortable accommodation for two people, however it is also suitable for 4 people but not for small children between 1 and 8 years.
You have a beautiful view over the North Sea from the balcony.
This accommodation has one spacious bedroom. For a third and fourth person, a comfortable double bed is available on the side of the bedroom which is folded away in a closet.

Layout:
• Spacious hall with toilet, cupboard and wardrobe
• Living room with modern open kitchen, dining area and comfortable seating area. In the niche of the room there is also a double folding bed in the closet
• Balcony with beautiful views and garden furniture
• Bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the bathroom
• Large bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit with 2 sinks. Washer and dryer.

In the basement of the apartment building you have your own garage where you can store your bikes. You can also use a parking permit for the public road in the paid parking season
The indicated prices are based on a stay of 2 persons. If there are more than 2 people, a surcharge applies per extra person

Absolut überzeugende Ausstattung der Wohnung und der Küche, tadellose Sauberkeit

Schlüsselübergabe war anonym im Briefkasten, aber reibungslos. Die Garage ist äußerst eng, 1x rein und raus reicht.

Sehr schöne, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und haben den wunderschönen Blick (oft mit einem mega Sonnenuntergang) vom Balkon genossen. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir können diese Wohnung gut weiter empfehlen.

Etwas Probleme bereitete uns die Einfahrt in die Garage, da diese sehr schmal ist und ein Betonpfeiler die Ein- und Ausfahrt erschwerte.

Die liebevolle Einrichtung in der Wohnung. Sauber, gut aufgeteilt. Wein, Plätzchen u Bonbons zum Empfang sehr schöne Geste. Getrennte Schlafzimmer Sehr gute Wohnung weiter zu empfehlen

Das für das Schrankbett kein Bettlaken vorhanden war. Zum Glück hatten wir eins mit. Hinweis das der Garagenplatz sehr eng ist, fehlt.
