Our summer house is 500 meters from the beach and the dunes are around the corner. The summer house is equipped with all modern conveniences. The summer house is located 5 minutes walk from the centre, and suitable for two people.

The summer house consists of two floors and has central heating. Downstairs living room, modern kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. In addition, a shower with toilet. The living room has a two-seater sofa and a separate chair, a TV with cable connection, dining table with four chairs and WiFi. In addition, you will find a separate kitchen with modern equipment. Including: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, 4 burner gas stove, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Via stairs you reach the first floor. In the first bedroom you will find a single bed and a sink with hot and cold water. The second bedroom has two single beds.

The beds are made up, so bed linen is not necessary. Towels, tea towels and kitchen towels are also available. You stay centrally between dunes/beach and village centre where you can do your daily shopping. You can park your car near the house (including parking permit). The summer house also has a terrace with garden furniture. Here you can easily park your bicycles. Outside the season you can also rent the summer house per night (rental price in consultation). You have your own entrance to the summer house. Our summer house is at a very short distance (500 m) from the beach and directly by the dunes. The area around Egmond aan Zee is ideal for recreational cycling, walking or just a quiet holiday on the beach. The village of Egmond aan Zee is equipped with all kinds of amenities, there are various restaurants and a pleasant shopping street. There are also various catering establishments to entertain you in the evening.
