The holiday home, completed in 2024, is suitable for two people, has free Wi-Fi and is located on an agricultural business park with ample parking. In front of the house it is wonderful to stay on the terrace and you have plenty of space to relax, garden furniture, cushions and parasol are available. The living area is cozily furnished and equipped with a sitting area with smart TV, cupboard with cups and glassware and dining table, the air conditioning and heating can also be operated here. In the kitchen you will find a fridge with freezer compartment, an induction hob with extractor hood, a kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, sandwich maker, dish and tea towels, bowls, cutlery and other kitchen utensils. The bedroom has a made-up double bed with sufficient cupboard space. The house also has a separate storage room with a closet and ideal for storing luggage. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer and bathroom furniture with sufficient towels.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area with the dunes in sight and is ideal for excursions on foot, by bike or by car. The cozy Egmond aan Zee can be reached in 15 minutes by bike where you can enjoy the many terraces, restaurants, nice shops and of course the sea and the beach. Cheese city Alkmaar and artist village Bergen are less than 10 kilometers away and the larger cities Haarlem and Amsterdam are easy to reach by car or train. The nearest station is Heiloo and only five kilometers from the accommodation.

You can book the holiday home for a weekend (Fri-Mon/3 nights), midweek (Mon-Fri/4 nights), week (Fri-Fri/7 nights) or longer. The price per night is €75.00 all-in. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning and tourist tax are included.
