Camping de Croft invites you to relax in this cozy cottage on wheels. This former Brouwer schaftkeet has been transformed, after a thorough renovation, into an inviting place to stay. It is equipped with all modern conveniences. For example, there is a large and comfortable double bed (2.10×1.60m) equipped with Auping mattresses and plenty of storage space in the form of drawers.

Furthermore, there is a cozy sitting / dining area overlooking the beautiful garden. There is also a simple but efficient kitchen with a small fridge, kettle, possibility to make 'slow coffee', crockery and cooking utensils. If required there is a stove and fan at your disposal.

The cottage on wheels is partly self-sufficient. There is electricity, cooking on gas (2 burners) and cold running water. Biodegradable soap / detergent is used (provided free of charge). So you can experience what it is like to stay in a Tiny house. Showers and toilets can be found in the sanitary building of the campsite, here is also a washing machine (use by appointment).

Covid 19: Because of corona it is possible to shower on the campsite by time lock. This means that everyone has a fixed half hour to shower (per time slot). Toilet and washbasin is exclusively for the tenants of the cottage on wheels in a separate room.

The cottage on wheels is part of our mini camping De Croft. However, it stands on its own fenced plot. You have more than 100 m2 of garden at your disposal. In this garden cosy seats have been created. This means that you are part of the campsite but still enjoy the privacy of your own place.

The campsite and the cottage on wheels are located on the edge of the North Holland dune area. One of the most beautiful nature reserves in the Netherlands, within walking and cycling distance of dunes and beach. Bicycle and walking paths can be found everywhere and will take you to the most beautiful spots. You can do your shopping in nearby Egmond aan de Hoef or Egmond aan Zee.
