The cozy and comfortably furnished apartment is located on the 1st floor of the apartment complex "Terrassenflat". From the apartment you have a beautiful unobstructed view over the sea and dunes. The complex is located directly on the sea and beach, 100 m from the centre and 100 m from the dunes.

The living room is cozy and comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, flat screen with digital TV and dining area for 6 people. The sliding doors give you access to the spacious balcony, equipped with furniture. In the summer months it is wonderful to stay here.

The spacious kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a hob, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker (filter) and kettle. The cozy "bar" in the kitchen makes this a wonderful place in the house to enjoy together.

Apartment ParadiZee has 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is very spacious and has a double bed and a large wardrobe wall. In the other bedroom there is a bunk bed and a single bed with pull-out bed. This makes the apartment suitable for 6 people.

The bathroom has a bath/shower, double sink and bathroom cabinet. There is a separate toilet in the property.

There is also a separate storage room for any bicycles and/or beach equipment.

The complex has an elevator. However, you still need to be able to walk some stairs.

Paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
1x digital parking permit (1 car by registration number) is included. This allows you to park in the public car parks in indicated zones. You must provide us with your car registration number when booking! We will process this in the parking system.

You will receive max. 2 access cards for the North Holland Dune Reserve.
