Penthouse Nautica sits directly on the beach and dunes of Egmond aan Zee. From the apartment and its expansive balcony you enjoy magnificent views of the North Sea and its pristine shoreline. The lively center with restaurants and shops is a short walk away.

Apartment Nautica occupies the top floor (sixth level) of the Terrassenflat complex and accommodates up to six guests. It delivers generous comfort and luxury with a practical, welcoming layout. The extra-large balcony affords breathtaking views of the beach and sea.

Enter through the stylish hallway. The living room features a generous corner sofa and swivel armchair for curling up with a good book, while the fireplace brings warmth on winter evenings. The dining area offers a large table with six chairs. Sliding doors lead to the balcony, furnished with a dining set for six and two loungers behind the protective glass screen.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven/combination microwave, refrigerator, and three-drawer freezer.

The bathroom includes a shower, mirror, and washbasin, and there is a separate toilet.

The apartment provides three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (two separate mattresses), wardrobe, and television. The second bedroom also features a double bed with separate mattresses and a wardrobe. The third bedroom offers a bunk bed and chest of drawers.

There is also a separate storage room for bicycles or beach equipment.

A lift serves the complex, though a few stairs still need to be negotiated.

A high chair and travel cot are available as standard.
