Description

The holiday cottage Martinus 1 is suitable for 2 persons, detached and on the ground floor. It is located in a unique courtyard in the middle of the village, near the center of Egmond aan Zee. A few minutes' walk from the bus station and the lively shopping street. Approximately 600 meters from the beach, dunes and forest. And it is certainly an advantage that you can always park for free on the private enclosed grounds near the house!

The holiday cottage is cozy and furnished. In the living room/kitchen: leather sofa; armchair; small dining area; digital LED TV (82cm); radio/DVD/CD player and free WIFI internet inside and outside. The (open) kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom and the two bedrooms are adjacent to the living room/kitchen.

The bathroom has a shower, washstand, toilet and a hairdryer and towels are ready for you upon arrival.

The first bedroom has two box spring beds of 80x200cm arranged as a double bed. The second bedroom has a single bed of 90x200cm. The beds are ready for you upon arrival.

The holiday cottage is located in a sunny south-facing garden with various seating areas, you can use the barbecue on request and bicycles can be stored in the lockable shed on the property.

In addition to our holiday home Martinus 1, we also rent the apartment Martinus 2 located next to our house.

The holiday home Martinus 1 is suitable for 2 persons (on request for 3 persons).

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the cottage.

We rent per week in the high season and a minimum of 3 nights in the mid and low season.

From 1 March to 1 November there is paid parking in Egmond aan Zee. From 1 November to 1 March only paid parking in the weekends.

Ich bin mit zwei 13 jährigen Mädchen für drei Nächte dort gewesen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles bestens erklärt. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll ist auch der hauseigene Parkplatz. Wir kommen gerne wieder Vielen Dank
