Mannaart

The Summerhouse is located on a dune and therefore you have an excellent view of a part of Egmond aan Zee and you can look over the dunes to the next village Bergen. The house is about 150 meters from the beach and from the centre of the village. Next to the house is a wooden terrace with sunbeds and a sunshade where you can enjoy the sun for the whole day.
The rest of the building is occupied by ourselves and because the detached house stands on a dune, you have complete privacy and a beautiful view over a beautiful part of Egmond aan Zee. The Summerhouse is suitable for 2 persons with a baby and has a living room (21 square meters), a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and a hall. The living room is nicely decorated with a sleeping couch, a coffee table, a dining table and a TV cabinet. This room also has a kitchen with fridge with freezer, an induction cooker, a combi oven, a dishwasser, a coffee machine and an electric kettle. The apartment also has a central heating system. In front ofnthe Summerhouse there is terrace with chairs and a table.
