The Space
The renovated studio offers the perfect place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The studio is fully equipped and practically furnished. In the living room, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, gas stove, and microwave. There's also a cozy sitting area and a comfortable fold-out bed. During the day, you can enjoy the extra space, and in the evening, simply fold out the bed for a good night's sleep – it's already made upon arrival.

The studio features a shower with a sink and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll find a cozy garden with a seating area, where you can relax in peace and quiet on sunny days.

The Location
La Playa boasts a prime location! Egmond aan Zee beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The lively town center with its charming shops and restaurants is also within walking distance. For nature lovers, there are beautiful walking and cycling routes through the dunes, and bicycles are available for rent in the area.

Just 550 meters away is Hotel Zuiderduin, where you can enjoy various facilities such as bowling alleys, fitness/squash facilities, pool tables, slot machines, dart boards, an extensive wellness center with a sauna and swimming pool. Egmond also boasts attractions such as the local museum, the lighthouse, and the charming shopping street.

The city of Alkmaar is only a 15-minute drive away and is also easily accessible by public transport.
