This spacious, comfortable, and detached holiday home (110 m²) is situated on a quiet holiday park in Egmond aan den Hoef, directly behind the dunes and close to the beach, the sea, and the forest. Thanks to the large garden and its location within walking and cycling distance of the dunes and the beach, this is a lovely spot for a versatile seaside holiday in North Holland.
The holiday home is a wonderful place to stay in all seasons. In spring and summer, you can enjoy the sunny garden and the garden room. In autumn and winter, the fireplace, visible from both the living room and the garden room, provides extra atmosphere and warmth.
The garden room is located next to the living room. In good weather, the folding doors can be fully opened, allowing the indoors and outdoors to flow beautifully into one another. The garden room is a delightful place to relax, read a book, or watch a movie or series together. It is also a pleasant space for when children want to retreat for a while.
The open-plan kitchen features a spacious dining table with six chairs. The kitchen area is equipped with a 6-burner stove, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Additionally, there is an extra refrigerator with a small freezer compartment in the storage room next to the kitchen. There is an ample supply of pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery, and glasses. For a fresh cup of coffee, you can use both a Nespresso machine and a regular coffee maker. During your stay, you can also make free use of the washing machine and dryer.
The upper floor accommodates six people and a baby. Three bedrooms are located here. The master bedroom features a large double bed. The other bedrooms each have two single beds. All beds are full-size hotel beds with comfortable box-spring mattresses, ensuring you can sleep soundly during your stay. One of the bedrooms is also equipped with a desk, and two bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.
Beds are made upon arrival.
The bedrooms have sloping walls, but thanks to the dormer windows and high ceilings, the floor feels spacious and bright. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a washstand, and a toilet.
The holiday home offers plenty of space and comfort inside, and a lovely place to relax outside. Thanks to its quiet location and proximity to the dunes, this is a wonderful spot for guests who love nature, the beach, and tranquility. You will feel right at home here after a day outdoors.
The holiday home stands on over 300 m² of land, and the garden is fully fenced and lockable. You will find both sunny and shady spots in the garden. From early morning, you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine in the comfortable lounge chairs.
You can relax and sunbathe on the two sunbeds. In the evening, it is a lovely place to eat together at the large garden table. The lawn offers space for children to play, and in good weather, you can set up a small swimming pool for extra water fun.
Toys such as Lego, dolls, and games are available for the children in the holiday home. You can also make use of a travel cot and/or high chair. Please let us know if you are interested in this, and we will ensure it is ready for you. Next to the holiday home is a small playground accessible through the gate in the fence.
There is parking space for two cars on private property; you can also park for free in the general parking lot nearby.
During your stay, you can make use of the four admission tickets for the Noordhollands Duinreservaat (children under 18 years of age may enter the Noordhollands Duinreservaat free of charge when accompanied by an adult).
A high chair and cot will be provided upon request.
This property is rented to a maximum of six people and a baby.
Due to the quiet atmosphere on the park, parties and groups of young people are not permitted in the holiday home.
One dog is allowed upon consultation (only on the ground floor, not on the upper floor).

Egmond aan den Hoef
Egmond aan den Hoef, like Egmond aan Zee and Egmond-Binnen, is a village in the municipality of Bergen in North Holland and counts just under four thousand residents. It borders the dunes and the Egmondermeer polder, only two kilometres from the beach. The dunes here are lighter and more open, with calcium-rich sand that nurtures different vegetation and numerous pools where toads and salamanders thrive. The area’s dune “sea village” landscape is renowned, and in spring the bulb fields burst into colour.
The surroundings are ideal for walking, cycling, beach days, and relaxed holidays. Highlights include the remains of Slot op den Hoef with its chapel, the bronze statue of Lamoral of Egmont, and the 1923 Catholic church Margarita Maria Alacoque—well worth a visit.
