Lovely bright house in the village center of Egmond aan Zee. Equipped with all amenities. Large kitchen, cozy living room with sitting hat and dining table, TV with all channels and internet is available. Two large single beds with nice duvets and pillows. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. The house has a private garden with a wonderful sauna in the shed that you can use. So you can really enjoy your time in this house, even in winter. Would you like to take your bicycles with you? then they can be safely placed in the garden! The supermarket is around the corner and Egmond has the nicest shops and cozy restaurants. There are also a few on the beach that remain open all year round. 1 dog is welcome, but not on the bed and couch and we charge €100 extra per week. We ask for a deposit of €150, which you pay on arrival and get back after a short check in the house.
This summer house is for two people and 1 person is allowed upon consultation!! A private garden with a sauna in the shed and a nice lounge sofa in the sun.
It has a bright living room with dining table and a comfortable sofa, the TV has all channels.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and a large refrigerator and freezer. Nespresso machine and a filter coffee machine are available, as are the kettle and a toaster. Cutlery, pans, cups and plates are all provided, of course.
There is a walk-in shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor.
Upstairs is a large bright bedroom with two single beds of 90-200m. the beds are made up, each with its own duvet and two pillows. There is a large cupboard for clothes and a dressing table with mirror. Hairdryer is available. You don't have to bring your own towels and kitchen towels, but you do need to bring beach towels!!
The house may have a sofa bed for 1 person.... so if you would like to bring a child along? Please include it in your application. The house is also calculated for 2 people, so please bring your own towels and bed linen and no high chair or stair gate has been taken into account.

Located in the village of Egmond aan Zee, one street behind the shopping street. Close to the supermarket (1 minute walk) and all other shops. 300m walk to the beach. Come and recharge in this lovely house!

Egmond aan Zee
Egmond aan Zee sits within the municipality of Bergen in North Holland. The village began life as a fishing community, but tourism has surged since the early twentieth century.
