Our charming summer house behind the main residence sleeps up to four guests. A partition fence ensures plenty of privacy. Everything is ground level and comprises a living room with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area of roughly 30 m2, plus two bedrooms each with two single beds and duvets. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Amenities include digital TV (40 channels), radio/CD player, kettle, combi microwave, gas cooker, and refrigerator, along with free internet. Central heating keeps the entire house warm. A high chair and travel cot are provided. Outside is a small terrace with a table and four chairs. Pets may be allowed by arrangement.
Available year-round, with nightly or weekend rentals possible outside the high season. Rates start from EUR 50 to EUR 80 per night. Weekly prices range from EUR 200 to EUR 540 and include gas, water, electricity, tourist tax, parking permit, and final cleaning. Bed linen can be rented for EUR 5 per person.

Egmond aan Zee
Egmond aan Zee sits within the municipality of Bergen in North Holland. The village began life as a fishing community, but tourism has surged since the early twentieth century. Families love its sweeping eight-kilometre sandy beach, and the town buzzes with restaurants, beach pavilions, and shops that open daily year-round. A standout annual highlight is the Egmond Half Marathon.
The Jan van Speyk lighthouse is a striking landmark, and nearby you can visit the Slotkapel, the castle ruins, and the abbey. Egmond offers ample opportunities for walking, swimming, surfing, and sailing, so there is always something to enjoy.
