This charming, cozy home meets every modern requirement. It is comfortable, modern, and practical, set in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the center of Egmond aan Zee, the beach, and the dunes. Ideal for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

The holiday home sits on the owner's property but is fully enclosed with fencing for complete privacy. The living room is snug and welcoming with a flat-screen TV, dining table with four chairs, and a comfortable three-seater sofa that doubles as a sofa bed when more than two guests stay. Underfloor heating keeps it pleasantly warm even in winter.

The modern kitchen includes a complete inventory with refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, combi microwave, kettle, and filter coffee maker.

The bathroom is also on the ground floor and features a shower, toilet, washbasin, vanity unit, and heating. A washing machine is available in the house.

The bedroom and separate sleeping area are located on the first floor. The sleeping nook on the landing has a single bed (90x200) and clothes rack and is secured with a stair gate.

The bedroom offers a double box-spring bed with two single duvets, bedside tables, a washbasin with mirror, and a chest of drawers.

The terrace features a garden table and chairs and provides complete privacy thanks to the neat fencing. The terrace can be closed off and offers space to park your bicycles (no separate storage shed is available).

A high chair and cot are provided as standard.

Paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
One digital parking permit (for one car license plate) is included. It allows you to park in the designated public parking zones. Please provide your license plate when booking so we can register it in the parking system.

You will receive up to two access cards for the North Holland Dune Reserve.
