Just steps away from the lively center of Egmond and 100 meters from the beach. This apartment is perfect for a family with two children.

The apartment is fully equipped and comfortably furnished. It is located on the fourth floor and is accessible by a modern lift, or just using the stairs. Underneath the building is a large storage room where you can find a pushcart and some bicycles for own use. Of course, your own brought bicycles can be parked here.

During paid parking period you wil get a parking card for your car.

Tolle Wohnung - super Lage - fantastische Aussicht

Ich war mit meiner 71 jährigen Mutter für eine Woche in der Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind neu eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Das Bad mit der großzügigen Dusche war auch sehr gut. Die Aussicht zu beiden Seiten, sowohl aufs Meer als auch auf den Ort und den Leuchtturm ist wunderschön. Wir planen für 2024 nochmal einen Aufenthalt und werden diese Wohnung, wenn verfügbar, wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt Daniela und Gitta aus Gummersbach und Engelskirchen, NRW
Grundsätzlich hat uns alles gefallen! Lediglich der Toilettenraum ist viel zu klein, insbesondere wenn man körperlich eingeschränkt ist. Auch wenn eine separate Toilette ganz nett ist, wäre es hier schöner, die Wand zum Bad zu entfernen und insgesamt einen größeren Raum mit Bewegungsfreiheit zu schaffen. Im Bad sollte der Heizstrahler überprüft werden (mittlere Heizstange sieht gebrochen aus). Mir war die Nutzung zu unsicher. Auf dem Balkon wären 2 Hochlehner als Sitzgelegenheiten schöner und 4 Stühle, bei einer Wohnung für 4 Personen, aber das ist kein Minuspunkt, nur ein Vorschlag.

Wederom een heerlijk weekend gehad in het Zeehuisje! Schon, mooi uitzicht en groot genoeg. Ook evt met vier personen, alleen dan Wortschatzerweiterung krap als je bij mooi weer op het balkon wilt zitten. We komen binnenkort zeker weer terug!

Die Räumlichkeit der Wohnung ist sehr gut.
Die Wohnung muß dringend renoviert werden, die Fensterscheiben waren bei Ankunft fast undurchsichtig, auch nach Reklamation wurde nicht geputzt, habe ich dann selber gemacht und der Ausblick war sehr gut. Baulärm war nicht zu überhören, der Preis ist für den Zustand der Wohnung nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Preis der Endreinigung von 55,00 € war nicht für diese schmuddelige Wohnung gerechtfertigt. Sollte die Wohnung renoviert werden, würden wir gerne diese wieder mieten.
