This apartment is located 50 meters away  from the beach and the North Sea. The beach entrance is directly across the boulevard so you can go straight away to the beach from your apartment.

It is a spacious accommodation for up to 4 people. Nicely furnished and fully equipped. At the back (east side) you will find a spacious terrace for breakfast in the morning. On the west side there is terrace / balcony with sea view and a view of the lively boulevard of Egmond aan Zee.

For your car, you will receive a parking permit, and yoour possibly brought bikes can be stored in a private storage room under the building. The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached by stairs or elevator

Pets are not allowed

Arrangements:

• hall with access to bedrooms, bathroom and living room

• living room with open kitchen. Sea views and access to terrace on west side

• bathroom with bath, toilet and separate shower

• double bedroom, single matrasses and duvets + access to terrace on east side

• bedroom with two single beds. Please note that these beds are set up after each other because of the limited space.
