Modern, spacious, attractive holiday home with private dune terrace, cosy living room with flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, 1 double bedroom and a smaller double bedroom. Both bedrooms have box-spring beds. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combination microwave, kettle and coffee maker.
Unique to this flat is the private terrace, which is accessible from the living room. It is accessible via a sturdy hardwood staircase and is fully enclosed, making it safe for children. Here you can enjoy the sun in complete freedom. The flat is located at the rear of the building in a quiet area.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
You can store your bicycles in our locked storage room.
1x digital parking permit (1 car per registration number) is included. This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. You must provide us with your car registration number when booking! We will process this in the parking system.
If you wish to use the laundry/drying and ironing service, please visit dewasboet.nl on the boulevard.
For your daily shopping, the bakery and supermarket are just around the corner.
Pets and smoking are not permitted.
In the early and late seasons, flexible arrival/departure days are always possible after agreement. Ask us for more information.

Egmond aan Zee sits within the municipality of Bergen in North Holland. The village began life as a fishing community, but tourism has surged since the early twentieth century.
