Both bedrooms have box-spring beds. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combination microwave, kettle and coffee maker.
Unique to this flat is the private terrace, which is accessible from the living room. It is accessible via a sturdy hardwood staircase and is fully enclosed, making it safe for children. Here you can enjoy the sun in complete freedom. The flat is located at the rear of the building in a quiet area.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.

For your daily shopping, the bakery and supermarket are just around the corner.
