Situated on the first floor and reached by stairs, the apartment is decorated with warmth and charm so you will feel at home quickly thanks to the comfort and space it provides.
The bright living area features large windows, a comfortable seating area with flatscreen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a dining table where you can linger while watching the constant buzz of the town center.
The semi-open, well-equipped kitchen provides every convenience, including Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, combi microwave oven, and fridge-freezer.
There is one double bedroom furnished with Auping box-spring beds, a second flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, shower, and separate toilet. A small private rooftop terrace sits just outside at the rear.
Smoking and pets are not permitted.
One digital parking permit (for a single license plate) is included, allowing you to park in the designated public zones. Please provide your license plate when booking so we can register it in the parking system.

Egmond aan Zee sits within the municipality of Bergen in North Holland. The village began life as a fishing community, but tourism has surged since the early twentieth century.
