Fijne Zomerhuis

The Fijne Zomerhuis is ideally suited for beach lovers and couples due to its location. A stone's throw from the sea and beach. It is a nice, cozy property located in the center of Egmond aan Zee. With the bakery around the corner you can enjoy a delicious fresh breakfast every day.

The entrance of the Fijne Zomerhuis is located in an alley, just like so many summer houses in Egmond aan Zee. You are immediately in the cozy, modern and practically furnished living room. This features a comfortable 2-seater sofa and wall unit with flatscreen TV. Very practical is the "bar" by the kitchen that serves as a dining table. Wonderful place to enjoy together.

The small kitchen is simple yet practically furnished, and equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, kettle and Senseo.

The small bathroom is located directly by the kitchen on the ground floor. It has a toilet (toilet is behind the door) and shower.

Via the stairs you reach the bedroom. This is very surprisingly furnished with cheerful color styles. The bedroom has a double bed (2 separate mattresses and single duvets), closet space and sink with mirror.

In lovely sunny weather, you can sit outside by the front door in the alley.

Paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
1x digital parking permit (1 car on license plate) is included. With this you can park in the public parking spaces in designated zones. You must provide us with your car license plate number when booking! We will process this in the parking system.

You will receive max. 2 access cards for the North Holland Dune Reserve.
