This unique holiday home, Fijne Zeezicht, is located right in the heart of the village, making it an absolute top location. Cozy restaurants and terraces are all within reach, and beach lovers will adore being practically on the sand. Slip on your flip-flops, grab your beach bag, and head straight to the shore. In the winter months it is just as perfect for invigorating beach walks.
The holiday home is ideal for families traveling with children (it sleeps six guests in total, with a maximum of four adults and two children). A shared entrance leads to the accommodation. The top floor (second floor) houses the living area with sofa bed and bathroom. The separate bedroom with generous bathroom is on the first floor. Please note that you will need to climb two sets of 13 stairs.
On the top floor you step straight into the beautifully styled living space. Colors and furnishings are perfectly coordinated, with a cozy seating area featuring a wall unit with flat-screen TV and a lovely corner sofa that converts into a sofa bed for two. The west-facing balcony is glorious in sunny weather, ideal for enjoying sunset views.
At the center you will find the inviting dining area and kitchenette. The kitchenette is simply equipped with a four-burner induction hob, refrigerator, Senseo machine, and kettleâperfect for preparing breakfast or a simple meal. With so many restaurants in Egmond aan Zee, you will be spoiled for choice when dining out.
The bathroom is a separate room with a high-entry shower, toilet, and washbasin.
One floor down is a fully furnished bedroom with two box-spring beds (90x200), a children's bunk bed (90x200), two wardrobes, and an east-facing balcony perfect for morning sunshine. The spacious second bathroom adjoins it, featuring a shower, separate bathtub, toilet, and washbasin, along with a washing machine and dryerâideal when traveling with children.
Paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee.
One digital parking permit (for one car license plate) is included, allowing you to park in the designated public zones. Please provide your license plate when booking so we can register it in the system.
You will receive up to two access cards for the North Holland Dune Reserve.
Dogs are only permitted on request.
Studio "Fijne Zeezicht" is located in the same complex as the holiday home Fijne Duinzicht , which is located on the ground floor. At the rear you will also find the summer house Fijne Zomerhuis (for two guests). These accommodations are ideal when traveling with a larger family.
