Due to the perfect location, virtually in the middle of the village and just a few moments' walk from the beach, this is a top apartment for a wonderful stay. Beach, sea, dunes, atmospheric shops and the cozy terraces and restaurants are practically around the corner. It is also special that it is at the foot of the Speijk lighthouse. Everything is within reach! The property is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (children sleep on a good sofa bed, which is only suitable for children).

Via a shared entrance you get access to your holiday home Fijne Duinzicht (own locked front door).

You are immediately in the practical and modernly furnished living room. This features a beautiful wooden floor, a spacious chaise lounge, wall unit with flatscreen TV and a cozy dining area with 4 chairs (please note : the fireplace stove cannot be used!). At the front of the property (west side) there is a small garden with a sturdy scaffolding wood bench, in sunny weather it is wonderful to stay here.

In the middle of the living room is the atmospheric sleeping area. Not a real bedroom, but separated from the living room by blinds and curtains. The sleeping area has 2 box spring beds (90x200), bedside tables and a spacious built-in closet.

At the rear of the property there is a comfortable 2-person (sofa) bed. This is a wonderful relaxation spot. This sofa bed is only suitable for children.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4-burner stove, Nespresso, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and oven.

The modern bathroom is practically furnished with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink with bathroom furniture.

Paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
1x digital parking permit (1 car on license plate) is included. With this you can park in the public parking spaces in designated zones. You must provide us with your car license plate number when booking! We will process this in the parking system.

You will receive max. 2 access cards for the North Holland Dune Reserve.

Holiday home "Fijne Duinzicht" is located in the same complex as studio " Fijne Zeezicht " on the 2nd floor. At the back there is also the summer house " Fijne Zomerhuis " (2 people). These properties are ideal if you are traveling with larger families.
