A wonderful place from where nice trips can be made: to the beach, the charming Bergen, cozy Egmond aan Zee or the pleasant shopping city of Alkmaar (where of course the cheese market must be visited).

By car you are in Egmond aan Zee within 2 minutes. The house is suitable for four people. It is located on 250 m2 of land and is fully equipped. There is a modern, fully equipped open kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and an oven/combination microwave. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer.

The living room is cozily furnished, has an LCD TV, radio-CD player and WiFi. The dining table is located in the conservatory, which overlooks the front and back garden.

On the ground floor is a first bedroom, with a new box spring mattress of 1.60 x 2.00 meters and two duvets. High chair available on request. The new shower and toilet (2014) are at the entrance, as well as a separate walk-in room with lots of storage space. On the first floor there is a second bedroom, with a new box spring mattress of 1.60 x 2.00 meters with 2 duvets.

There are seating areas in the garden both at the front and at the rear of the house, so you can enjoy the sun in complete privacy all day long. The house and the park are very child-friendly. The car can be parked in front of the door.

Prices: High season: July and August €800 per week, mid season June €750 and September €700 per week, pre and post season €650 per week, with changeover day on Saturday. Arrival after 14.00 and departure before 10.00. Outside the high and mid season, rental is also possible for weekends and midweeks. If available, we have special last-minute rates. A baby camping cot is available on request.

Pets (max 1) €50 surcharge and are only allowed in consultation.
