Description
The apartment provides a living room with seating area, dining space, digital cable TV, audio system, DVD player, and video player. The luxury kitchen includes a dishwasher, grill oven, and washing machine. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. A parking permit is supplied so you can park in the area at no additional cost. Pets are not allowed.
Rates for Apartment 1 are available on request. Prices include gas, water, and electricity but exclude tourist tax (EUR 1.85 per person per night). Children under four do not pay tourist tax. Final cleaning is EUR 60. From 1 March to 1 November a parking permit surcharge of 20 percent of the rental price applies. Security deposit: EUR 75.

Egmond aan Zee
