Step directly from the living room onto the sunny, west-facing balcony. Equipped with outdoor furniture and an awning, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee or end the day watching a stunning sunset—offering that wonderful holiday feeling, day after day.

The kitchen is practical and fully equipped, featuring a dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer combination, and washing machine.

The bathroom includes a shower, a sink, and a mirror. The toilet is located in a separate room within the apartment.

A high chair and a travel cot are provided as standard.

The Kennedy building is equipped with an elevator. The property includes a private storage unit, suitable for items such as bicycles or beach gear.
Parking
Paid parking is in effect in Egmond aan Zee.
One digital parking permit (for one vehicle, registered by license plate) is included. This allows you to park in public parking spaces within designated zones. Please provide your license plate number at the time of booking so that we can register it in the parking system.
