The Duindoorn apartment is ideal for beach lovers, as the sea and beach are literally at your feet. With flip-flops on and beach gear in your bag, you can walk straight onto the beautiful beach. Enjoy peace, space, salty sea air and the sound of the sea in the background!

The Duindoorn holiday home is located on the first floor of the Terrasflat apartment complex and has sea views. The 2 balconies are unique. The south-facing balcony overlooks the dunes and the sea. And from the west-facing balcony you can watch the sun set into the sea. The sea is calling!

From the large hallway you enter the bathroom, separate toilet, bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The spacious living room offers plenty of comfort and is furnished with a 3-seater sofa (also usable as a sofa bed), a 2-seater sofa (also usable as a sofa bed), 3 comfortable designer chairs, flat-screen TV and a cozy dining area. Adjacent to the living room is the spacious furnished south-facing balcony. Especially enjoy the magnificent view over the sea, beach and dunes and the lively bustle of beachgoers.

The kitchen has complete kitchen equipment including an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (filter)/Nespresso, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washer-dryer, toaster and oven.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and hairdryer. The toilet is separate.

There are 2 comfortable bedrooms in the apartment, both with sliding doors to the west-facing balcony. Both bedrooms have a double bed (180x200).

If you book for 6 people, 2 people will sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

The complex has an elevator. This elevator stops at all intermediate floors, so you always need to climb 2x 8 steps to reach the apartment.

The apartment is suitable for 4 adults + 2 children.

Parking:
- This property has a garage (height 2m) where you can park 1 car. Charging electric cars and/or bicycles is not possible in the garage.
- A digital parking permit is also included. This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. You must provide us with your license plate number when booking! We will process this in the parking system.
Please note: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!

You will receive a maximum of 2 access cards for the North Holland Dune Reserve.

From November 2024 it is no longer possible to stay in the apartment with a dog!
