The warmly furnished De Zeeduin apartment sits on the first floor of the Terrasflat complex. It is comfortably appointed and, besides the stunning North Sea views, lies just moments from the lively center with its many restaurants and shops.

The inviting living room offers a sofa, dining area, and digital television. Step straight onto the large furnished balcony (20 m²) with sunshade and take in the wonderful sea and dune views.

The separate kitchen is comfortably and fully equipped with a four-burner gas hob, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, and oven, plus a cozy round dining table.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The first provides a double box-spring bed and wardrobe; the second includes a single bed with pull-out bed for a second guest plus a wardrobe.

The bathroom features a shower, washbasin, and vanity unit, and there is a separate toilet in the apartment.

A separate storage room is available for bicycles or beach gear.

The complex has a lift, though you will still need to manage a few stairs.

One digital parking permit (linked to a single license plate) is included, allowing you to park in the designated public zones. Please provide your license plate when booking so we can register it in the system.

You will receive up to two access cards for the North Holland Dune Reserve.
