Cosily furnished 4-person holiday home in Egmond aan Zee: max. 2-3 adults or fam. with 2 childs under 10 years old, for your dune and beach holiday. Very comfortable. Downstairs: living room with digital 4K smart TV. free wireless internet and radio, separate kitchen (induction hob that is easy to operate), dishwasher, refrigerator and combination microwave. Hall with bathroom (shower and toilet), digital TV, Chromecast (watch Netflix or YouTube videos with your own account) blue-ray player, free wireless internet/WIFI (own router), combination microwave. Free on request: high chair and baby bed.

PLEASE NOTE: the stairs to the top are quite narrow and not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Upstairs: large landing with 2 boxsprings (single 90x200). Large bedroom with a double bed (160x210) and a 90x200 bed. Private entrance and terrace with garden furniture. Free parking space for the tenant. Central heating. We also offer you 2 dune tickets (children up to 18 years free entrance to the dunes).

Our cozy 4-person holiday home (suitable for max. 3 adults or a family with 1-2 children under 10 years old) with its own entrance is located near the beautiful southern dunes in Egmond aan Zee.
 
Layout downstairs: Living room with digital flat screen TV, Chromecast (watch Netflix or YouTube videos with your own account), blue-ray player, wireless internet with your own router, DVD player.
Kitchen with a new induction hob that is easy to operate, new pans, a dishwasher (with dishwasher tablets), a new worktop (composite stone), refrigerator + combination microwave/oven.
Hall with mirror, coat rack, cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, freezer, bathroom with shower/WC. Central heating.
Upstairs: spacious landing with 2 beds (1 pers.) Very spacious bedroom with 2 pers. bed 160x210, a 1 pers. bed and a cot. All beds have clean fitted sheets, pillows with clean pillowcases and duvets.
Own entrance and private terrace with garden furniture and parasol.
 
You can park for free with us, we register you with your license plate number at the digital parking service and we also offer you two dune tickets that are included in the price (children up to 18 years old free).
 
In the spring you can enjoy the many colorful tulip fields. In the summer you can be on the beach in 5 minutes, where you can sunbathe and afterwards you can often enjoy live music,
a fair (Wednesdays from 5 p.m.) in the village and delicious food in the many good restaurants. In all seasons you can get a breath of fresh air on the beach and in the extensive dunes.
There are many nice trips to make in the area (info in our summer house in the tourist map). There is a playground in our street for small children.

Cancellation:
If you cancel your booking up to 2 months (60 days) before the start date, you will get your deposit back, but not after that date.
It is also possible to change your booking to another period, in which case the deposit will be retained,
If e.g. you need to cancel your booking shortly before the rental date for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded.
We therefore recommend that you take out trip cancellation insurance.
 
Please note: the stairs in the summer house are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
 
Please note: we do not allow dogs.
 
To wash:
We do not have a washing machine in our summer house, but you can have your laundry collected by the laundry service "Wasboet"
