Very recently all properties of CasaMare Holiday Homes have been completely renovated. The properties are located directly behind the beach, the beautiful dunes are 100 meters away and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee can be reached in less than 5 minutes' walk.
CasaMare1 is located on the lower floor of a small apartment complex, but because it is built in a dune hollow, the garden of CasaMare1 can be reached by means of stairs. Upon entry you step into the cozily furnished, very spacious living room. Here there is among other things a very comfortable sofa bed with a real mattress.
The spacious dining table seats four people and here you can enjoy delicious meals and play fun games. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a combination oven.
Also from the atmospheric bedroom you have a beautiful view over the garden and the dune. To provide you with a good night's sleep there is an extra large double box spring bed. A wardrobe offers space for all your clothes.
In the hall adjacent to the kitchen there is also an extra built-in closet for all your personal belongings.
The bathroom is modernly furnished and has a bathroom cabinet, floating toilet, towel radiator, light in the mirror and a spacious walk-in shower.
Directly adjacent to the living room is the private garden (approximately 18m2) which is enclosed with a fence (90cm high) and can be closed with a gate. In the garden there is a large table with chairs so you can enjoy the fresh sea air. Behind the private garden there is a children's playground and a large picnic table where you can also sit comfortably.
Your own private parking space, a locked bicycle storage, dune cards and wifi internet make your stay complete at Holiday Homes CasaMare!
A baby cot and high chair are available on request
Pets are allowed in consultation. The cost is ⬠50,- per week per pet.

Egmond aan Zee
