The fully equipped summer house with central heating enjoys a unique location close to the center. The nearby main street (Voorstraat) with its shops, lovely boutiques, and heated terraces is the quickest route from the house to the beach. The supermarket is only 25 meters away, perfect for a forgotten item or picking up the free morning paper. Also nearby are the Thursday morning market with fresh fish, fruit, flowers, and more, plus the large summer fair every Wednesday evening. Any purchases can be brought home in minutes. The ground floor offers a cozy, fully furnished living room for 4 to 5 guests with seating and dining areas, cable TV, LED television, and Blu-ray player. Netflix is available. The separate kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, gas hob, small dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, and more. The bathroom with shower and toilet is also on this level. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms separated by a landing. One bedroom has three single beds; the other has two single beds, all with duvets. Each bedroom has a washbasin with hot and cold running water. Bed linen is provided and included in the price. A towel set can be rented for EUR 6.50 per person. A baby cot and/or high chair can be provided on request. The garden features outdoor furniture. Prices include gas, water, electricity, and bed linen but exclude a cleaning fee of EUR 55 (EUR 65 if bringing a dog) and tourist tax of EUR 2.10 per person per night. Small dogs are allowed on request at EUR 12.00 per dog per night.

Egmond aan Zee
Egmond aan Zee sits within the municipality of Bergen in North Holland. The village began life as a fishing community, but tourism has surged since the early twentieth century.
