It is a detached house with three bedrooms, a conservatory and a lovely garden on the South.
After a day at the beach, you can cool off in the quiet garden set in the lounge or on the sunbeds.
The cozy living room has plenty of seating, there is a sonos speaker, apple tv  and of course there is WIFI.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with all amenities including a dishwasher.
The main bedroom has a double bed with sink, mirror cabinet, this room is located at the front. The smaller rooms are located at the back and a washbasin with mirror, 2 single beds, storage space for clothes and belongings. The cots can be placed in one of the two back rooms
Through the kitchen you enter the utility room, which is also accessible from the driveway. In this room there is a washingmachine and dryer at your disposal.

We offer one free parking spot on the driveway, however it might be shared with guests from the summerhouse.

Sehr herzlich und wunderbar gemütlich ….. Wir haben dort 2 wundervolle Wochen zu fünft verlebt - trotz sehr schlechtem Wetter. Der Wintergarten ist sehr gemütlich !!!!!

Die Vermieterin, Anita, war sehr freundlich. Es ist einfach ein richtig tolles Haus mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Blumen, viele Sitzgelegenheiten, zentrale Lage … Das schönste Haus, was wir bislang in Egmond hatten. Somit passt der Preis auch für das Haus. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen! Wir hoffen, dass wir im nächsten Sommer wieder kommen können!

Wundervoll und mit Liebe eingerichtetes Haus bei dem es an nichts fehlt ! Fantastisch !

Die Nähe zur Stadt und zum Meer und ein von der Vermieterin so geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit gemütlichem Garten der zum verweilen einlädt . Wir kommen wieder !
