This summer house is located behind the property at Churchilllaan 28 in Egmond aan Zee. Fresh and modern furnished and equipped with all amenities. It is suitable for a maximum of 3 people and 2 bedrooms are available. The upper floor has a dormer window so that a spacious bedroom is available. The garden is on the sunny side, i.e. on the south side of the property. There is also an electric awning. You have your own entrance and an illuminated private terrace. The dunes are within 50 meters and the sea within 250 meters, so you have all the relaxation within reach. The summer house is located in a quiet neighborhood, which is of course wonderful for a good night's sleep. The centre with nice restaurants can be reached within 5 minutes. The summer house has a fenced garden facing south and is equipped with sun loungers, so you can relax in the sun when the sun is shining. Our house is also equipped with solar panels, smoke alarm, internet and induction cooktop
The displayed rental prices are based on a stay of 2 people and include all costs, so no surprises when booking. Final cleaning, tourist tax, made-up beds, WiFi/gas/water/electricity, parking permit, dune passes and reservation costs are included in the price. For more people you pay a surcharge per person.
Pets are not allowed
By arrangement it is possible to book the departure day in the pre and post season so that you can still enjoy
the sea and beach all day
