The apartment is located on Kennedyboulevard and belongs to a small apartment complex. The apartment is accessible via stairs. You have (limited) sea view from the apartment, and it is a stone's throw from the beach and lively center. After a wonderful day you can enjoy the many restaurants and cozy terraces.

Holiday home Beach House has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200). The second bedroom has a bunk bed, where the bottom bed accommodates 2 people. In the extra children's bedroom there is a large wall unit and washing machine and there is room for a camping cot.

The living room is very tastefully furnished with corner sofa, digital flat-screen and cozy dining area. From the living room you step directly onto the balcony. Here is a sturdy scaffolding wood lounge sofa.

The kitchen has a gas hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso and kettle.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink with mirror.

The holiday home has 2 entrances, one at the balcony and at the rear there is another entrance door. This is also where the parking space belonging to the holiday home is located.

A high chair and crib are available as standard. It is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.

Apartment is suitable for max 4 people or 2 adults+3 children.

The holiday home has its own parking space (1 car). This is located at the rear of the property.
