This stylishly furnished holiday apartment is located on the fourth floor and offers luxury and comfort for 2 to 3 people. It is accessible by elevator and via the staircase.
The apartment is located on the northwest side of the building and offers a beautiful view – ideal for relaxing holiday days.

Bedroom
Both bedrooms are dark thanks to blackout curtains, face east and stay cool. They offer a beautiful view of the village and a quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep.

• Second bedroom: Single box-spring bed (90x200 cm)

Bathroom
Modern bathroom with walk-in shower, make-up mirror and hairdryer.
A separate toilet is available.

Parking – directly at the holiday home . You have your own, lockable parking space directly at the house. This saves you the stressful search for a public parking space.

• Bed linen and towels (including bath towels and kitchen towels) are provided
• Accessible for disabled: Step-free, accessible by elevator or via the staircase

• Check-in: from 16:00
• Check-out: until 10:00
• Deposit: 25% upon booking
• Final payment: 4 weeks before arrival

Minimum stay
• High season: Only bookable weekly
• Low season: Minimum 4 nights

Cancellation conditions
• Up to 42 days before arrival: free of charge
• 42-30 days before arrival: Deposit due
• 30-7 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
• 7 days until arrival day: 80% of the rental price
• On arrival day or in case of non-arrival: 100%
